UgCS Support

There are several ways to get support and knowledge about UgCS and UgCS for DJI:

If you have any technical questions, feature suggestions or require to report an issue, please send an e-mail to UgCS support team at support@ugcs.com providing:

  • description of the issue, 
  • log files (attached .zip log folder to e-mail),
  • screenshots,
  • exported mission file
  • and license code.
     

Logs are stored in the following locations:

General logs:

  • Windows
    C:\Users\ [USER NAME]\AppData\Local\UGCS\logs
    (%LOCALAPPDATA%\UGCS\logs)
  • macOS
    /Users/[User Name]/Library/Logs/UGCS)
    (~/Library/Logs/UGCS)
  • Linux
    /var/opt/ugcs/log

Installation\Uninstallation logs:

  • Windows
    C:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppData\Local\Temp
  • macOS
    /Users/[User Name]/Library/Logs/UgCS-installation.log
    /Users/[User Name]/Library/Logs/UgCS-uninstallation.log
    (~/Library/Logs/)
  • Linux
    Use system logs for debian packages

Configuration files:

  • Windows
    C:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppData\Local\UGCS\
    C:\Program Files (x86)\UgCS\
  • macOS
    /Users/[User Name]/Library/Application Support/UGCS/configuration
    (~/Library/Logs/UGCS/configuration)

Database:

Installation directory (by default):

Android device (if you use UgCS for DJI app)

  • Device storage > Android > data > com.ugcs.android.vsm.dji > files
